| Delivery |
| We use the UK Royal Mail for shipment and it is our present policy to despatch all orders FREE of any shipping or packing charges. Although this policy may change in the future we have no plans to make any such change at the moment. Standard despatch is within 2 working days in the UK. Standard delivery to the rest of the World will vary and depend on the location, but will typically take 7-14 working days. |

| Payment by Credit Card |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, regular mail or over the Internet. |

| If we have not got a compound in stock to make up your order, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Online Catalogue |
| We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are transmitted with 128 bit encryption, and are only decrypted after they reach our server. These details are removed when your order has been fulfilled, for your security. |

| For orders for delivery in the UK and within the European Union, VAT is included in the price charged. |

| Returns Policy |
| For all fragrances which are not customised fragrances, ie. those defined by our Perfume Picker Software through the completion of a personality profile, we will refund your purchase price provided that the products are returned unused accompanied by our original packing slip or invoice. |

| We regret personalised fragrances are not able to be returned for refund. |
|
| Please package any returned product very carefully to avoid breakages. All returns must be received within 28 days of our despatch date noted on the documentation. |
